Principal and Owner, Ken Laglenne has been a hands on CFO and executive leader since 2001 who is focused on helping businesses achieve their strategic, financial, and operational goals. With decades of leading small to medium sized businesses through high growth and organizational changes, Ken is passionate about providing business owners and leadership teams with the tools and action plans for strategic business planning, operational improvement, accountability and overcoming business challenges.
Ken provides strategic management advisory expertise to companies on an as-needed or part-time basis—without the cost of a full-time executive. Ken helps the owner scale the business by dealing effectively with all business-related challenges, whether operational, organizational or financial. This is a holistic forward-looking approach focused on the future of the business, so that true increased business value may be identified and ultimately achieved through planned, specific changes that are executed with our guidance, building a long-term relationship with the owner/CEO.
Ken is a graduate of Bentley University of Waltham, MA where he earned a BS in Accounting and MBA with a Finance concentration and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Ken has over 30 years of progressive experience as a hands-on strategic CFO and senior-level advisor for global high-tech companies.
Ken is accustomed to fast-paced environments, has managed numerous complex M&A transactions, raised debt and equity capital for companies and performed IRS audits. Ken’s passion is to help business owners achieve business goals to create wealth and serve as the owner’s trusted business advisor for a fraction of the cost of a full-time CFO.
